Board Certified Behavior Analyst: Winston-Salem, NC

BCBA Clinical Director will oversee clinical functions within our facility. BCBA Clinical Director will oversee and monitor clinical programs to ensure they meet all company standards. BCBA Clinical Director will provide formal behavior skills training sessions and create treatment pan updates annually. BCBA Clinical Director will provide leadership and employee development including hiring, training, coaching, and counseling. Registered Behavioral Technician: Winston-Salem, NC

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Elite Healthcare Group, you will serve as a critical member of the EHG family. You’ll collaborate with others in your center along with leading experts in the behavior industry to form best practices and to innovate with the latest data-based findings. It is an opportunity to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and be responsible for implementing skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, all while taking careful notes to track progress and truly utilize the data to journey forward with that individual child, wherever the journey may take you.

Speech Therapist (SLP): Winston-Salem, NC

Exciting opportunity to join our team. We have an extremely skilled and dedicated staff with a team-oriented approach to therapy. We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide clinic-based speech therapy evaluations and treatment to a pediatric population in our Winston-Salem, NC location at 1201 North Martin Luther King Drive Winston-Salem, NC 27101. Downtown & Surround area families. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) therapists are preferred but not required. Feeding experience is also highly valued but not required.

Responsibilites Include:

  • Assess and document pediatric patient’s communication status using clinical observations, caregiver report, and standardized testing.
  • Develop a plan for treatment that integrates the family’s values, child’s deficits and clinical guidelines/recommendations.
  • Document ongoing progress towards goals. Address goals and provide treatment in a way that supports sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with other disciplines within the clinic- physical therapy, occupational therapy and other professionals outside of the clinic to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
  • Follow ASHA and other research-based guidelines to evaluate and treat pediatric patients.
  • Desire to expand clinical knowledge and develop clinical reasoning skills, Education, Experience and Certifications

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • NC License for Speech Language Pathology - Fully licensed SLP's Required
  • ASHA Certification

Occupational Therapist (OT): Winston-Salem, NC

We are currently seeking a Full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide clinic based occupational therapy at our Winston-Salem, NC clinic. Our central clinic locations provide opportunity to meet and work with clinical leadership team, mentoring (if needed) and clinical growth. There are future career opportunities to treat in outpatient and school settings if desired. Growth opportunities with our clinical ladder program are available to increase skills and responsibilities. Responsibilites Include:

  • Assess and document pediatric patient's current functional status using clinical observations, caregiver report, standardized testing, occupational profile, strengths and participation challenges.
  • Analyze information to address foundational deficits causing difficulties with skill development.
  • Provide Occupational Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers in the clinic and throughout the community while supporting the family’s daily routines.
  • Maintain all documentation as dictated by county and state guidelines
  • Adhere to frequency, duration, and appropriate treatment guidelines
  • Address goals and provide treatment in a way that supports sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, self-help, fine and gross motor skills, play, and behavioral development.
  • Modify treatment goals as needed, on appropriate forms in a timely manner.
  • Document family/caregiver involvement and training as indicated.
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of professionals, age groups, cultures, families, and socioeconomic groups
  • Follow AOTA and other research-based guidelines to evaluate and treat pediatric patients.

Requirements

  • Education, Experience and Certifications Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required. NC license for Occupational Therapy required.

  • Passionate about pediatrics.
  • Desire to be an evidence-based clinician.
  • Enthusiasm about a child-led approach using play and intrinsic motivation.
  • Understanding of Ayres Sensory Integration, Floortime, SOS Feeding and ocular motor deficits.

Physical Demands

  • Employee should be able to transfer patients and perform treatments in the clinic. Employee should be knowledgeable in and exercise good body mechanics during patient treatment.
  • Employee should be able to lift 30 lbs
